Home Communion and Visit

Care Ministry offers in-home communion to members who can’t get out much. This is coordinated by a care team member, and an elder from the care team and/or the pastor will serve communion on a rotating basis to those who desire this service. Regular visits are made by caregivers to these members as well.

Hospital Visits

Hospital visits from an elder on the care team and/or the pastor are offered to those in the hospital or a facility.

Bereavement Receptions and Meals

If desired, a reception is provided by the care team following a memorial or funeral service. Care Ministry also coordinates food for families in times of illness, death, new babies, or other challenging times.\

Pastoral Counseling
